Yes. Every workout has three variations — beginner, standard, and advanced. Day one assumes no fitness background. Day sixty assumes you’ve earned the harder version.

Most are 20–30 minutes. Some recovery days are 12 minutes. The Method is designed to be sustainable, not punishing.

The Sculpt Kit is everything you need to do the full 60-Day Method. A yoga mat is recommended but optional. If you already have resistance bands, you can start with the Method alone.
