To start a return, email us at novabuiltbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, The Nova Method (60-Day Guide) is non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your guide, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items
