Refund policy

All physical products are eligible for return within 30 days 
of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email novabuiltbusiness@gmail.com with your 
order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive 
the returned item.

Digital products (The Nova Method) are non-refundable once 
delivered. If you experience technical issues, contact us 
immediately.

Damaged or defective items: email us within 7 days with a photo. 
We'll send a replacement at no cost.
